Chair in civil law in Chile

The Foundation and the Diego Portales University, organized the 4^th session of the chair in civil law in Chile on "guarantees" from 5 to 9 November 2012.

The speakers are:

- Mr Reinhard Damman, Lawyer, on "The guarantees in insolvency proceedings"

- Mr Alain Gourio, Head of Legal Coordination BNP Paribas on "guarantees on debt"

- Mrs Michèle Grégoire, Lawyer and Professor at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, on "guarantees on goods"

- M. Thierry Vachon, Civil Law Notary, on "guarantees on properties."
